Just finished this as an attempt to woo a potential employer. In the job posting they mentioned a cat with lasers shooting out of its eyes as an example of the kind of quirky design they do, so I couldn’t resist. Also upped my Adobe Illustrator chops in the process, so definitely was worth the time. Fingers crossed for an interview.

These pieces have been done for a while, but I finally got around to photographing and adding them to my online portfolio. The one with the bear is called “The Portrait”, and the deer bounding over the man in the road is “The Bad Samaritan”. Both are about 22 x 28 inches, oil on canvas.
A little while back I posted on facebook an ink drawing (left) of a man sitting at his desk. It’s the cover of my current journal. Recently I added some creepy color and out came four creeping cats.
